Commuters in Malaysia have seen old and new express bus operators launching their brand-new double-decker buses in recent months. These buses are deployed on new as well as existing routes. The following is the list of operators that Jom Naik Bas! have compiled for your reference. Jom Naik Bas! appreciates if any mistakes are corrected and new inputs to the list.

Hi Rebecca.
There aren’t that many companies that operates double-deck buses. With the number of expected passengers at 55, the only choice would be SBS Transit. However, I understand they do not do any charters.
Woodlands Transport also operates high-deck buses that can carry up to 40 passengers. Or if you prefer, open-top buses, you may approach HippoTours directly for a quotation.
